Off U. S. Hwy 82, Red River County, in Northeast Texas. Turn onto U. S. Business 82 and come downtown. Please pre-register or register at City Hall from 8 am to 11 am on Saturday. Awards presented for CARS and TRUCKS 1972 and older. Awards will be given at 1 PM on Saturday afternoon. Trophies: both cars and trucks antique 30’s and older, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s 70’s, Best of Show, Mayor’s Choice, and Tomato Festival BEST. There is no registration fee. Please reply by June 26, 2009 to reserve a space. Spaces are outside.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, by execution of this entry form, I hereby release and discharge The Avery Tomato Festival , The Avery Tomato Festival Antique Car Show and all other sponsors of The Avery Tomato Festival and The Avery Tomato Festival Antique Car Show and their officers, employees, directors, agents and representatives and anyone else connected with the management, promotion or presentation of The Avery Tomato Festival and The Avery Tomato Festival Antique Car Show from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries or losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause that may be suffered by any entrant, participant to his or her person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all the foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies from any and all liability occasioning or resulting from the conduct of any entrant, participants or spectators assisting or cooperating with entrant under the direction or control of entrant. Further, I agree that any photos or videos of myself or my property as a result of this event may be used promotionally or for sale.
