The AVERY TOMATO FESTIVAL in conjunction with the LONESTAR LAWN MOWER RACING ASSOCIATION (LSMRA)/U.S. LAWN MOWER RACING ASSOCIATION (USLMRA) has Sponsor/Partnerships available for the 2008 STA-BIL MOW DOWN SHOWDOWN, Saturday, July 5, 2008 in AVERY, TEXAS, one of the events on the 2008 LONESTAR LAWNMOWER RACING ASSOCIATION (LSMRA)/U.S. LAWNMOWER RACING ASSOCIATION (USLMRA) schedule of events.

 

The race is sanctioned by the Lone Star Lawn Mower Racing Association (USLMRA)/U.S. Lawn Mower Racing Association (USLMRA) and the AVERY TOMATO FESTIVAL in conjunction with the LONESTAR LWN MOWER RACING ASSOCIATION (LSMRA)/U.S.LAWN MOWER RACING ASSOCIATION (USLMRA) is providing a customized Sponsor/Partnership Program which will include:

            Racing  Association (USLMRA) .

           

·                    Sponsor/Partner name included on all posters, postcards and signs for the Avery

            Tomato Festival in conjunction with The Lone Star Lawn Mower Racing

            Association (LSMRA)/U.S. Lawn Mower Racing Association(USLMRA).

 

·                    Sponsor/Partner name in the Advertising for the Avery Tomato Festival in conjunction with Mower Racing Association (LSMRA)/U.S. Lawn Mower Racing Association (USLMRA) on the Suddenlink Cable Community TV Channel.

 

·                    Sponsor/Partner name on the Avery Tomato Festival  website with link to the Sponsor/Partner website.

 

·                    Local market promotions and special events executed by The Avery Tomato Festival inconjunction with

·                    Press releases and media relations efforts conducted by The Avery Tomato Festival in conjunction with

            The Lone Star Lawn Mower Racing Association (LSMRA)/U.S.Lawn Mower

            Racing Association (USLMRA).

 

·                    Event signage provided by the Sponsor/Partner at the race.

 

·                    Naming rights to special events within the Race Day, such as media and celebrity races.

 

·                    Media Day with LSMRA/or USLMRA Racing Lawn Mower to announce Sponsor/Partnership with

            The Avery Tomato Festival in conjunction with The Lone Star Lawn Mower          

            Racing Association (LSMRA)/U.S. Lawn Mower Racing Association 

            (USLMRA).

 

·                    Right to use of the STA-BIL Lone Star Lawn Mower Racing Association (LSMRA)/U.S. Lawn Mower Racing Association (USLMRA) marks and logs worldwide as an advertising and promotional tool during the term of the agreement.         

           

·                     Rights to use the terms "STA-BIL Lone Star Lawn Mower Racing Series" and quote Official Sponsor/Partner of the Avery Tomato Festival/Lone Star Lawn Mower Racing Association Mow Dow Show Down  as an advertising and promotional tool during the term of the agreement.

 

Program Overview

 

·                     The LONE STAR LAWN MOWER RACING ASSOCIATION (LSMRA)/U.S. LAWN MOWER RACING ASSOCIATION (USLMRA)  is on the "cutting edge" of American Motor Sports popularity. Local retailers, customers, dealers, and distributors can benefit by Sponsoring/Partnering with THE AVERY TOMATO FESTIVAL in

            conjunction with the LONE STAR LAWN MOWER RACING 

            ASSOCIATION (LSMRA)/U.S. LAWN

            MOWER RACING ASSOCIATION (USLMRA) to present this event.

 

·                     Lawn Mower Racing is inherently newsworthy. The LONE STAR LAWN MOWER RACING ASSOCATION

            (LSMRA)/U.S. LAWN MOWER RACING ASSOCIATION (USLMRA)  will 

            take a proactive approach to

            capitalize on media and exposure opportunities.

 

·                     Proceeds from the AVERY TOMATO FESTIVAL /LONE STAR RACING ASSOCIATION MOW DOWN

            SHOW DOWN benefit the AVERY BEAUTIFICATION LANDSCAPING

            AND TOMATO SHED FUNDS for preserving our history and landscaping the 

            downtown area.

 

·                     The race is part of THE HISTORIC AVERY TOMATO FESTIVAL  held each year on the first Saturday in July to celebrate our history as the Historic "Tomato Center of Northeast Texas". The event includes: craft booths, food vendors, barbeque, horseshoe tournament, history exhibit, Tomato Queen Pageant, Tomato Festival Parade, LONE STAR LAWN MOWER RACING ASSOCIATION MOW DOWN SHOW DOWN, Avery Mud Bog Races, Largest Red & Green Tomato Contest, Music all day on the Tomato Shed Pavilion, Farmer's Tomato & Vegetable Market, Eastern Star Breakfast, Games, Face Painting, Hip-Hop Amusement Rides, Cowboy Up Pony Rides and Petting Zoo, "Samson" the mechanical "BULL", Street Dance, and a HUGE Fireworks Show! The event will be held on Friday July 4th and Saturday July 5,  2008. It's good wholesome fun for the entire family!

 

·                     The LONE STAR LAWN MOWER RACING ASSOCATION (LSMRA)/U.S. LAWN MOWER RACING ASSOCIATION (USLMRA) would assist SPONSOR/PARTNER to develop local market promotions to generate in-store traffic.

USLMRA (via its PR Firm) has successfully directed the media and public relations programs for the USLMRA for the past 14 years and will continue to do so in the upcoming season. Summary and Terms

 

The Alliance between the AVERY TOMATO FESTIVAL in conjunction with THE LONE STAR LAWN MOWER RACING ASSOCIATION ( LSMRA)/U.S. LAWN MOWER RACING ASSOCIATION (USLMRA)  and Sponsor/Partner will provide you with the ability to build a unique marketing program around the STA-BIL Lone Star Lawn Mower Racing Association(LSMRA)/U.S. Lawn Mower Racing Association Series (USLMRA) with local participation opportunities, with proceeds to benefit the AVERY BEAUTIFICATION LANDSCAPING AND TOMATO SHED FUND for preserving our history and landscaping the downtown area.
